Sign up Bonus Terms and Conditions Last updated 15 August 2008 Terms and Conditions – Jackpot City – 500 Free Play • The Jackpot City Free Play offer is exclusively available to first time Real Players (“Player/s”) at the Jackpot City Casino (the “Casino”). • On registration of a Real Account at the Casino, Players will be eligible to opt- in to a Free Play account which will be allocated 500 credits (“Free Play Credits”)*. The Free Play Credits are for the purposes of this promotion only. • The Free Play period shall be a once off period of 30 minutes commencing from a players commencement of play for the very first time on such Player’s Free Play account (the “Free Play Period”). • This and any other Sign-Up Bonuses are available once per player and/or per environment where computers are shared and/or per email address. Any attempt to open multiple Free Play accounts will result in any positive Free Play credits earned and any winnings made being forfeited. • At the end of the Free Play Period and subject to the limits imposed below, any positive balance over and above the Free Play Credits will be considered a Player’s winnings (“Positive Free Play Credits”) and may be transferred into a Player’s Real Account once a Player makes the minimum Casino Credit # deposit therein. A Player may transfer no fewer than 20 and no more than 200 Positive Free Play Credits to his/her Real Account. So, for example, if at the end of the Free Play Period a player has 520 or more Free Play Credits standing to his/her credit, he/she may transfer 20 Positive Free Play Credits to his/her Real account or if he/she has 750 Free Play Credits standing to his/her credit, he/she may transfer Positive Free Play Credits and any positive balance over and above the same shall become null and void for any purpose. • The Free Play Credits cannot be transferred from the Free Play account other than in terms of these Promotion- specific Terms and Conditions. • The minimum deposit must be made in the Player's Real Account before any Positive Free Play Credits can be transferred to a Player’s Real Account. • A Player’s Free Play account will be automatically closed after any Positive Free Play Credits have been transferred. All non- transferred Positive Free Play Credits will be deemed null and void on the closure of the Player’s Free Play account.
• If a Player attempts a withdrawal of his/her Positive Free Play Credits before fulfilling all the play-through requirements on his/ her Real Account, the Player will forfeit his/her Positive Free Play Credits and Bonus Balance. • The Casino Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions and the Casino Terms and Conditions, the Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the Terms and Conditions conflict with one another. • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino management will be considered full and final. • In order to be eligible for any Sign-Up Bonus, you must be playing in the primary Currency Unit used in the country of your registered address and where you are playing from. The Casino reserves the right to withhold or remove Sign-Up Bonuses and any winnings achieved on accounts depositing in currencies in contradiction to this term.
• The Sign-Up Bonus must be played through 30 times (30x) by you before it can be transferred from your Bonus Balance to your Cash Balance ("Play through Requirement"). • Wagering on all games except Roulette, Sic Bo, Craps, Baccarat, Table Poker, Casino War & Red Dog will count towards meeting the Play Through Requirement; however the percentage of the Sign-Up Bonus which may be wagered on certain games will vary as follows*:
• If you are resident in The Russian Federation you are not eligible for this Promotion. • The Sign-Up Bonus must be claimed within 72 hours of opening a Real Account. • A Sign-Up Bonus must be claimed online and will be paid into the Bonus Balance of your Casino account as Casino credits within 24 hours of such a claim being made.
• The Casino is a member of the Belle Rock Entertainment ("BRE") group of online Casinos (the "Group"). At any point in time the Group may offer Sign-Up Bonuses at any or all of its member Casinos. Once you have received a Sign-Up Bonus at any of the Group’s member Casinos, you are required that to meet additional minimum Play Through Requirements before you are eligible for additional Sign-Up Bonuses at any of the other member Casinos. You may thus not claim or receive a Sign-Up Bonus at this Casino if you have previously claimed or received a Sign-Up Bonus from another Group member Casino and have not yet wagered such previously claimed or received Sign-Up Bonus and its associated initial deposit at least 100 times at the Group member Casino that granted you such Sign-Up Bonus. If your Account at this Casino has been credited with a Sign-Up Bonus for which you (in our sole and unfettered discretion) are ineligible, the Casino shall retrospectively void such Sign-Up Bonus and any winnings received by you after the Sign-Up Bonus has been credited to your relevant accounts. • Where a Sign-Up Bonus has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have made a valid deposit into your Cash Balance, you may not withdraw or attempt to withdraw any part of your deposit before the Sign-Up Bonus is paid into your Bonus Balance. Any attempt to do so may result in the Sign-Up Bonus in question as well as any winnings made using the Sign-Up Bonus being forfeited. • If you do not want any Sign-Up Bonus which has been deposited into your account by the Casino then you are entitled to request that the Sign-Up Bonus be reversed out of your Casino account, subject to no Play Through having taken place on either the initial deposit or associated Sign-Up Bonus. You can do this by contacting Customer support by way of email, telephone call or live chat, where after the Sign-Up Bonus reversal will take place. If any Play Through has taken place, then that Sign-Up Bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of withdrawal or a request to the support staff) until the Play through Requirement associated with that Sign-Up Bonus has been met. • Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns e.g. playing of equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting, which all shall be considered irregular gaming for Sign-Up Bonus Play Through Requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing large single bets using your entire or the majority of your account balance, where the majority of that balance is made up of Bonus Balance, using the double-up feature to increase your initial bets, followed by small or minimum bets to meet the Play through Requirement. The Casino reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion which activities constitute “irregular play” for Sign-Up Bonus Play through Requirement purposes from time-to-time and to withhold any withdrawals where irregular play has occurred to meet Sign-Up Bonus Play through Requirements. • If the Sign-Up Bonus remains unused in your Bonus Balance for two (2) months or longer from the date the claim was made, the Sign-Up Bonus will be forfeited to the Casino. • The Casino Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions and the Casino Terms and Conditions, the Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the Terms and Conditions conflict with one another. • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino management will be considered full and final.
