Nintendo Wii launches downloadable VIP Casino Blackjack game!

Today Nintendo launched its latest innovation for the Wii console, the downloadable games service WiiWare. Unfortunately we Europeans have to wait until the 20th of May for our opportunity to have a go, but I think it’ll be well worth the wait. Although the final European games release has not yet been finalised, the American release will start with six titles including VIP Casino: Blackjack.

Oh happy days! I think this could be a match made in heaven. Now I just wish I could also play my favourite JackpotCity.com casino games on the Wii. Imagine the new Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword Video Slot... Now that would be something worth seeing!

In the meantime, I’ll see you in the software!
