It seems like its highway robbery at land based casinos in the US.

I've just read an article here about an L.A. gang that robbed the Golden West Casino (which I assume is in California) seven months ago... Nothing strange here you might think, robberies happen all the time I hear you say! Well, the same gang members were just arrested a few days ago (Monday to be exact) on Highway 58 after a tipoff that they were on the way to rob the same casino AGAIN!

Now this got me thinking about safety in a casino, because I just watched the original security footage of the first robbery and these guys were not messing around. I mean those are damn assault rifles that they are carrying and casino patrons were in the casino at the time. It all could have gone very, very wrong!

Its things like this that make me happy I can play online at the casino of my choice in the security of my own home! AND I can do it whenever I want!

I hope they throw the book at those guys!
