Face-Up 21

Face-up 21 is a fun, but intense, variation of the classic Blackjack game found in all casinos. The aim of the game (as in all Blackjack games) is to beat the dealer without going over 21. In Face-up 21 however, the dealer’s cards are played face up so that the entire Blackjack table can see them. Sounds great does it not? Just hold up a moment though, there are a few more differences between Face-up 21 and conventional Blackjack. These differences “equalise” the game as all player wins, including blackjack, are even money. Pushes, with the exception of blackjack, go to the dealer. And you can only double-down on 9, 10 and 11.

Mulligan Poker

Mulligan Poker is basically 3-Card Poker with a twist and is only played online. So what is the twist? Well, each time you are dealt a bad hand you may take a Mulligan (Golf players will know this term) and re-draw your initial hand. How it works – After betting the ante, you are dealt your cards and can choose to fold, raise or re-deal. If you choose to re-deal, you must place your raise bet. Also, it is good to remember that if the dealer's hand is King high or worse, there is an automatic re-deal.

Red Dog

Red Dog is the sort of card game that is perfect for first time card players. It’s simple and fun and easy as hell to understand. So how do you play it then? Simply put, the object of the game is to predict the value of the card that is dealt to your existing “two cards face-up” hand. If the value of the card drawn from the deck falls between the two face-up cards in your hand, you win. If not, you lose and the casino takes home the cash. Payouts are based on the spread between the two cards.

Oasis Poker

Oasis Poker is a type of card game that is almost exclusively found in an online environment and is an offshoot of the very popular Caribbean Stud Poker Game. It is played as a “heads-up” game and is one of the few variants of Poker that is played against a dealer and not the rest of the Poker table. To start the game you must place an ante. You are then dealt five cards heads-up, with the dealer being dealt five cards with only one being heads-up. You must then decide whether to make a bet, exchange cards or fold. Your bet is the same value as your ante. If you wish to exchange cards, you have to pay a set price.

Let It Ride

Let it Ride might be an alternative card game in most casinos, but that has never stopped it from also becoming an extremely popular card game as well. When playing Let it Ride you start by placing an ante bet and an optional progressive bet. Five cards are the dealt to you, three face-up and two face-down. You must then choose to raise or see the fourth card for free. The same choice is repeated for the fifth card. You win with any hand that is a pair of tens or better. Payouts are based on how good the winning hand is, ranging from 1:1 (pair of tens or betters) to 1000:1 (Royal Flush).
